📊 Markbook · scores, averages, no spreadsheets

🤝 Parents’ evening · one pupil at a time, big and glanceable

Lesson

Your timetable

Assign a class to each period — or leave it free (PPA). It repeats every week. The times feed the 📅 Outlook export.

Holidays & closures

Add half-terms, holidays and INSET days. Those weeks show as closed and stay out of the Outlook export.

Your classes

Name each class and give it a colour — it carries through the timetable and markbook.

New assessment

Add a column to the markbook.

Paste a class list

One name per line — straight from SIMS, an email or a register.

Choose a theme

One tap restyles everything. Your data stays put.

Welcome — make it yours

Your name goes on the planner; the year and periods shape the timetable.

Plays nicely with Outlook & Teams — calendar export, grade import, no IT approval needed.

Restore loads a backup file made with ⬇ Backup (it replaces what is here). Start fresh removes the sample data and keeps your name, logo, theme and settings.

Add to Outlook

Downloads a standard .ics calendar file — open it and Outlook (or Google / Apple Calendar) adds the events. No IT approval needed.

Lesson times come from 🗓 Timetable — adjust them there first if needed.

Export appointment slots

One calendar appointment per pupil, in class order — open the file in Outlook.

Import scores

Paste marks from Excel or a Teams Assignments export — first column pupil names, then scores. Tabs or commas both work.
